DIRECTIONS:
Salsa
1. Place whole tomatoes, jalapeno pepper and water in a pot
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes
3. Remove the tomatoes and jalapeno from the pot and chill for 2 or 3 min
4. Peel the tomatoes
5. Cut the top off of the jalapeno and discard the seeds
6. Place tomotes, jalapeno, garlic, white onion and fresh cilantro in a food processor and puree until mixture is smooth.
7. Salt to taste
Sauce
1. Mix together sour cream, milk, lemon juice, onion powder, granulated garlic, oregano, salt and pepper: Set aside
Fish
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place the cut strips of the fish in a large bowl and toss gently with the corn meal, salt and chili powder
3. Bake in oven 10 minutes
Assemble tacos!
