INGREDIENTS
NON-Stick Cooking Spray 4 Large Tortillas 2 Cups Shredded Cheese 2 Tablespoons Pesto 2 Chicken Breasts (thawed and sliced thin) 1 10oz Jar Bruschetta Salsa Sour Cream Guacamole
DIRECTIONS:
1. Shake Pesto and Chicken breasts in a zip-loc bag and let sit 5-10 minutes. 2. Cook Chicken (either grilled or on a skillet) 3. Spray large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. 4. Place 1 tortilla in skillet. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over half the tortilla. 5. Lay chicken slices over cheese. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Brushcetta over chicken. 6. Fold tortilla and cook until golden brown.
