DIRECTIONS

1.  Cut paper or tissue to cover carboard tube, leaving 3-4 inches on the ends.
2.  Glue paper to the tube.
3.  Optional:  Decorate tube with stickser, buttons, glitter, etc.
4.  Tie one end of the tissue with ribbon or raffia.
5.  Fill tube with candy and trinkets.
6.  Tie the other end to close

Great to pass out at school or as party favors!
