CRITIQUE:

Chick-Fil-A has become the number one choice for many families around the country when it comes to eating fast food.  The food, however, is only half the reason families love this restaurant.  

    “When we pulled into The Woodlands Chick-Fil-A next to the mall, I was greeted by a young man with an umbrella to help me get myself and my children from the car to the restaurant with out getting wet from the rain.  I was absolutely shocked, as I don’t get that kind of service at some five star restaurants.  From then on, if we eat fast food, we eat Chick-Fil-A.”

The staff always seem to be plentiful and friendly.  Cashiers are trained to greet customers upon arrival and departure.  Other staff scan the tables asking customers if they need refills or napkins for no additional charge or tip.  Restaurants are equipped with clean playgrounds for smaller children as well as colors and coloring pictures, again at no extra charge.  

Chick-Fil-A has really done an excellent job at impressing customers with a clean atmosphere, great food and great service. 

Special Note:  Most Chick-Fil-A restaurants have a special night for kids, with special guests, games, free meals or gifts.  Ask your local Chic-Fil-A for more details about these nights, as they are different for each location.  You can also return the "toy" from the kids meal to get a free small ice cream cone.  Finally, ask your local Chick-Fil-A if they partner with local businesses like gyms or schools to offer a discout.  The Conroe Chick-Fil-A, for example, offers a 10% discount to Gold's Gym members.
