DIRECTIONS
Have the players sit down in a circle. Each player places their right hand on top of the person's hand to their right, palms facing up. Each player also holds their left hand, palm up, for the player to their left to place their right hand on top. When all players are ready, start singing the chant; Down by the banks of the Hanky Panky Where the bull frogs jump from bank to banky With an eeps, ipes, ohps, ops Skippin off the lilly with a big kerplop
When the singing starts, one person slaps their right hand on their left hand (which is actually the next persons right hand). When the next person's hand is hit, they then hit their left hand (again, actually the next persons right hand). At the end of the chant, the person whose hand is hit last is out. The group closes in the circle and sings again. Each time a the song stops, a person is out until there is one left. |
