DIRECTIONS
1. Use ruler to draw red and white lines. Leave a rectangle in the left corner for stars.
2. Color every other stripe red. Draw stars in rectangle and color blue around them.
3. Fold the paper acordian style.
4. Poke pushpin through each straw, connecting them together, about one inch from the bottom.
5. Wrap rubber band around all three straws at the pushpin.
6. Spread straws apart and tape flag in place.
