Football Turnovers Snack Food

INGREDIENTS

2-9" Pie Crusts
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2lb Meatballs, cooked
           Milk

DIRECTIONS

1.  Set out crusts bringing them to room temperature
2.  Heat oven to 375
3.  Cut meatballs into small pieces
4.  Place meatballs and tomato sauce in saucepan, simmer 5 minutes, Let cool
5.  Roll pie crusts to 10"
6.  Cut 7 4" circles from each pie crust (Biscuit cutter works best)
7.  Reroll the left over dough and cut 3 more crusts
8.  Put 1 tablespoon of filling on half of each circle.  Sprinkle with cheese
9.  Moisteen edges of dough with water and press edges together to seal
10.  Crimp the edge with a fork and poke tops twice
11.  Brush with milk and bake for 25 minutes
