| Free Family Entertainment Posted in General Discussions by Kathy Mfay 20, 2010 04:34pm I am always looking for free entertainment. One of my favorites is Story Time at Barnes and Noble. Ours along with the stories has snacks, provides coloring etc... What are some other things people have found to do that are free?

Thursday nights are free at some of the museums. I know The Health Museum is 2-5 and The Children's Museum is free from 5-8, so you can make a day of it!

The Houston Symphony does a free family concert series in June called Sounds Like Fun! Concerts will be held in Kingwood, Spring, Conroe, Katy, Clear Lake City, and Cypress, among others. The instrument petting zoo takes place 30 minutes before each concert.
