DIRECTIONS
1. Pour some food coloring in a Ziploc bag. Add a tiny amount of rubbing alcohol (at the most a tablespoon).
Note: This may take some experimenting to get the right mixture. Try with a small amount of noodles first so they won't turn out gummy.
2. Add some noodles. Zip the bag closed.
3. Wiggle the noodles around in the bag until thoroughly coated.
4. Place the noodles on the paper towels to dry.
5. Repeat the above steps with additional bags and colors.
6. Let all the noodles dry.
7. Glue the Garbanzo beans on top (rounded closed side) of the shells. Let dry. (see photo)
8. Add facial features to the noodles and Garbanzo beans with the Tulip paint.
9. Let dry.
10. Have fun coming up with all kinds of games to play with the children.
