DIRECTIONS
1. Wash and dry all rocks to be painted.
2. Paint rocks in desired colors, allow to dry. Apply more coats if needed.
3. Paint head on using black acrylic paint. (about 1/4 of the front)
4. Use Sharpie to draw a straight line down the center.
5. Use a Q-Tip to dot the spots.
6. Spray with acrylic sealer spray when paint is dry.
7. Glue on wiggle eyes.
