Posted in Parks & Camping by Abby Haun

Kids tend to go stir-crazy once the holidays are over but school hasn't started back up yet. The Houston Arboretum & Nature Center's Winter Camp is the perfect solution! And hey, they might learn a thing or two.

Sign up now for Cool Critters – Winter Break Camp at the Arboretum.

Join Arboretum naturalists as a nature detective and investigate the cool critters of the Arboretum’s 155-acre forest. Sign up for one day or all three. Camps are for ages 5 to 12 years old.

Dec. 29 – Forest Sentinels
Dec. 30 – Birds, Here Today, Gone Tomorrow
Dec. 31 – Mammals

Camps are from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Cost is
$170 for all 3 days or $60/day for
members; $220 for all 3 days or
$75/day for non-members. Call 713-366-
0421 to register.
