DIRECTIONS

Tic-Tac-Toe
Draw a grid with two horizontal lines intersecting two vertical lines. (See picture A above)  One player is X and the other is O.  Each player tries to get three of their X or O in a row on the grid.  Since this game is so quick, we ususally play best of 7.

Reverse Tic-Tac-Toe
Reverse Tic-Tac-Toe uses the same grid and symbols as regular Tic-Tac-Toe, only players are trying not to get three in a row.  The first person to get three in a row, looses.  Again, since it is a quick game, we play best of 7.

Dots & Boxes
Draw 10 dots across and 10 dots down.  Fill in the grid with the dots as evenly spaced as possible.  (See picture B above)  One player starts by connecting one dot to another dot.  The second player does the same.  Player continue connecting the dots, with the object of the game being to form a box.  Once a player has formed a box, he or she puts their initial in the box.  The player with the most boxes in the end wins.

Paper Connect Four
Draw a 7x6 grid, with squares.  (See picture C above)  Similar in concept to Tic-Tac-Toe, the object of the game is to get Four in a row.  Players can mark squares with different colors or Xs and Os

Hangman
One person secretly chooses a word and the second person guesses letters to spell that word. Draw the platform like you see in picture D above, along with a blank line for ever letter in the word you have chosen.  When the second player guesses letters, fill in the blank spaces if they guess a letter in the word.  If the second player does not guess a letter in the word, start to draw the 'hangman' (a stick figure that apears to be hanging from the platform) starting with the head.  The second player has to guess the word before all parts of the hangman are drawn.

Word Scramble
One player secretly chooses a word and then writes the letters out of order.  The second player must unscramble the letters to figure out the original word.
