Making a Homemade Tulle Skirt can be as easy or hard as you want. The expert seamstress will could use more needle and thread techniques or the never touched a sewing machine person could just tie the materials together! Each skirt can have a different theme; from sports colors, to school colors, to your favorite colors. No matter what your sewing skill level, little girls will love to have a different skirt to wear everyday!
DIRECTIONS
1. Measure elastic band to fit around your little girls waist. Tie or sew ends together. 2. Determine how long or short you want your skirt to be and measure strips of tulle and ribbon double that length.
3. Tie strips of tulle and ribbon around elastic band.
4. Add embellishments like beads, sequins, bells by either sewing them on or tying to the ends of ribbon.
