SUPPLIES

Large Brown Paper Bag
Paper Plates
Stapler
Glue
Construction Paper
Glitter, stickers or other decorations


DIRECTIONS

1.  Trim the brown bag so that is it about 7 inches tall.  Fold the sides down, so that they are half the height and double the thickness.  (You can reinforce the bottom with cardboard to make it a little more tough.)

2.  Fold a paper plate in half and staple to the long side of the bag.  Repeat for the other side. 

3.  For the turkey's head, fold both sides of a paper plate to form a triangle.   Fold down the pointed end and glue eyes.  (see pic below)

4.  For tail, cut one paper plate in half and staple to the end of the bag.  Staple a behind the half plate, a full plate.  Layer different colored construction paper to the tail plates and decorate.  (You can do tear drop shapes or you can trace hands for feathers.)

5.  Decorate the plates with markers, glitter, paper, stickers, paint or what ever you have.
